How long will my order take?
We aim to complete your order as quickly as possible. This may depend on stock and volume of orders received at the time. The maximum wait time is 3-4 weeks. If we feel your order should be longer for any reason outside of our control we will contact you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are confident that you will be happy with any product you buy from us. However, if there is an issue with your order, you have up to 28 days to refund or exchange to the same value. This is only applicable for faulty or non-personalised items. We do not accept any returns on personalised items that are the incorrect size ordered. If your purchase is used with vinyl that has peeled within the 28 days, please return and we will either re-print or replace. We strongly advise you check and follow the aftercare instructions as this may affect your refund/exchange.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments can be made online. If you want to purchase with a cash payment (Elite Dance only) Please contact the dance page and they will be able to assist you further.
